DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE
Once you have placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation of product availability and successful payment. The delivery address cannot be changed or edited after placing an order. We send the carrier company Nova Poshta to the post office you specify. Delivery time is 1-2 working days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the date of shipment and information to track your order. We have available courier delivery in Kyiv. Courier delivery is paid only during working hours of our physical shop and at the expense of the buyer according to the carrier rates. Payment is made locally to the courier. We carefully pack our products before they are shipped so that the goods are delivered at their best.

After delivery to the delivery address specified in your order, KOZHUHAR is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
All orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Orders placed after 00:00 local time, Monday to Friday, will normally be processed the next working day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available working day.
DELIVERY TO RUSSIA
Delivery to Russia is carried out by UkrPoshta . You can arrange delivery by UkrPoshta to your address. The parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office. Estimated delivery time for international parcels is 7-24 working days. UkrPoshta is responsible for the delivery time and absence of damage to the goods during delivery. We carefully pack our products before shipment so that the goods are delivered in the best possible condition. You will find information about shipping costs when placing an order.
TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or charges associated with the import and final delivery of your order. If the shipment is refused, we will refund you the cost of your order less the cost of return shipping.
Goods of proper quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt, with all fittings, tags, and branded packaging fully preserved. To return, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and specify order number and date, contact phone number. Once we have received the goods, we will make a refund to your bank card within 3 working days.If you want to return the defective goods, please attach a picture of the marriage to your letter. Our employee will contact you within 24 hours. If these conditions are met, we will return the money or replace the goods.
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipment. We recommend that you return the parcels through a traceable carrier and insure them for the full amount of the goods. We are not responsible for lost parcels.
Please note ! Goods sold during a sale marked FINAL SALE are not subject to return.
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your returned goods have been received and the return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your return will be processed.
If you have not received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Crediting funds after a refund may take 3-5 working banking days.

The warranty period for our products is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. The warranty covers stitches, zips, locks, buckles, magnets, and other fittings.
During the warranty period, the following is not a defect: natural heterogeneity of texture and color, fine lines, scars, and other features that confirm the naturalness of the material, natural wear and tear of the product, scratches, abrasions, and other mechanical damage during wear, minor changes in shape.
After the end of the warranty period, if necessary, you can always write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we will be happy to perform post-warranty repairs of our bags.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order. The customer is responsible for return delivery. We will pay for the delivery of the replaced order after receipt and verification of the return. If you need to exchange your purchase, please write to email@example.com.
